Provision of Leadership & Development Programme and Clinical Education Team Development

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (the Health Board) have a requirement for the following services 1) leadership development programmes which support and enable a Just and Learning culture, helps to rebuild trust and confidence in our services, and helps us to deliver on our population health agenda 2) Team development for the Multi-disciplinary Clinical Education Department Lot 1: Senior Leaders Programme (outlined within the Appendix 5 of ITT) This programme is targeted at the most senior leaders in our organisation, including our Executive Team, ILG Directors, Clinical Directors, Operational Directors and Clinical Service Group Directors. At this level, the focus is on leading at an organisation level Lot 2: Developing Leaders Programme (Detail within Appendix 5 of the ITT) This programme is targeted at our frontline leaders including Heads of Function, Clinical Service Leads and Locality Managers, and should bridge the gap between clinical and corporate leadership and help our frontline leaders to lead with impact and influence across ILG’s. Lot 3: Leadership & Culture Assessment & Feedback (Detail within Appendix 5 of ITT) This element of the programme is intended to complement the above programmes and provide: 4.5.1 baseline leadership climate and culture assessments 4.5.2 Psychometric profiling and 360 degree feedback 4.5.3 Training for our in house teams to provide feedback to participants 4.5.4 Group feedback and coaching sessions based on 4.51 and 4.52 above Lot 4: Clinical Education Team development - The provider will work with the Head of Clinical Education to design a team/s development programme to bring together the separated 60-70 staff working within the Clinical Education function, able to understand and work collectively towards the vision whilst also delivering for their respective speciality responsibility areas. - A specific part of the programme will be Team development for the senior management team with an element of individual development for each member, some of whom are newly into a senior post. - Build a cohesive Clinical Education function with the capability to deliver the strategic vision for Clinical Education for CTMUHB. - Follow up evaluation, findings and lessons learnt of the work delivered. - Full planning and project management.
