Tender description
NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a library management system for two regions, the East of England (ELMS) and Kent, Surrey Sussex (SENDS). Health Education England (HEE) is seeking to procure a library management system for two regions, the East of England (ELMS) and Kent, Surrey Sussex (SENDS). We are seeking a supplier able to provide the same system for both regions, in a way that delivers shared benefits and economies, but has the flexibility to allow for each library network/region to operate autonomously, at least initially. The contract period will be for five years, subject to annual budget review. The maximum value is as follows: £400,000.00 over 5 years. Additional functionality, features and services may be added over the duration of the contract. All figures are inclusive of VAT. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Friday 30 July 2020 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. During the tender exercise the Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself. No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITT, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITT.
