This ITT relates to the provision of Professional Services to the Student Loans Company Limited This is for the provision of a range of professional services for the Estates department to bolster the in-house Estates team where the skill set is not available and is not required on a regular basis to employ staff. Lot 1: Architectural Services This ITT relates to the provision of Professional Services to the Student Loans Company Limited This is for the provision of a range of professional services for the Estates department to bolster the in-house Estates team where the skill set is not available and is not required on a regular basis to employ staff. SLC Requires Architectural Services to assist us in the plans, designs and reviews the construction and occupancy of buildings. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/Z4QH395P5G Lot 2: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering This ITT relates to the provision of Professional Services to the Student Loans Company Limited This is for the provision of a range of professional services for the Estates department to bolster the in-house Estates team where the skill set is not available and is not required on a regular basis to employ staff. SLC requires Electrical and Mechanical engineers for the maintenance and support of Electrical and Mechanical systems and plant within our Estate . Additional information: There will be an initial period of two years with the option of two further 12-months periods. Lot 3: Project Management and Quantity Surveying This ITT relates to the provision of Professional Services to the Student Loans Company Limited This is for the provision of a range of professional services for the Estates department to bolster the in-house Estates team where the skill set is not available and is not required on a regular basis to employ staff. SLC requires Project Management to oversee every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure, ensuring Managers ensure that timeframe targets and budgets are met. Additional information: The contract will have an initial period of two years and two further 12-month extension options. Lot 4: Property Consultancy This ITT relates to the provision of Professional Services to the Student Loans Company Limited This is for the provision of a range of professional services for the Estates department to bolster the in-house Estates team where the skill set is not available and is not required on a regular basis to employ staff. SLC requires the services of a Property Consultant to provide advice on real estate;, expertise on local property markets to identify suitable areas/properties to meet clients’ needs. Additional information: The contract will have an initial period of two years and two further 12-month extension options.
