Before undertaking a procurement process or framework call-off, Torbay Council (working in Partnership with Torbay & South Devon NHS) wishes to engage with the market to test the availability and affordability of an Innovation Engine to promote transformation in adult social care by gathering insights and ideas at a grassroots, operational level and work to channel these through an appropriate process.
