This contract opportunity is for the provision of a new Harbour Pilot Launch vessel for the Port of Dover. Lot 1: The board operates its own Pilot Cutter service within the confines of the Port Estates. These Services uses a Harbour Pilot Launch (HPL) that is due for replacement. This tender is a selection and procurement process to replace the vessel, we invite interested parties to respond based upon conventional drive provision, plus options for hybrid additions
