Expression of interest for the services of an experienced event management provider based in California, United States

IDA Ireland is seeking the services of an an experienced event management provider with a proven track record of end to end management of high profile events in Silicon Valley. Experience working with C-suite and Senior Executives from Top Tier technology companies is preferable. Services will include but not be limited to; end to end event planning and coordination, attendee ticketing for up to 500 people, catering, senior client management & the delivery of technology: audio / visual at the event and live streaming to Ireland. Any event partners with the required experience who are interested in being considered for inclusion in the direct invitation to tender should contact paraic.hayes@ida.ie IDA Ireland will only invite a limited number of relevant, experienced providers to tender.
