You must ensure that you follow the link about for a chance to participate** The link to take part in this opportunity is below: https://uk.eu-supply.com/ctm/Supplier/PublicPurchase/38587/0/0?returnUrl=ctm/Supplier/publictenders&b=NHSSW   NHS Devon CCG and Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust are looking for registrations of interest for attendance to a market engagement event for an End of Life Personal Care in South Devon on: Friday 16 July, 13:00-14:30 via MS Teams The engagement exercise will inform the development of the NHS’s approach to improving the delivery of services of End of Life Personal Care in South Devon The purpose of the service is to provide end of life personal care to support Service Users eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, and where the responsible commissioner has been delegated to Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Eligibility for CHC end of life care is demonstrated through a rapidly deteriorating condition and where the condition may be entering a terminal phase. An agenda for the event will be shared nearer the time, but will focus on sharing current demand for the services, offering an overview of current pathways and seeking feedback from providers on what works well, what are the gaps/challenges and what can be improved to support you in delivering end of life personal care.
