Delivery of works for Ablution Facilities at GMFRS Training and Safety Centre Bury

Tender description

The GMCA /GMFRS is seeking suppliers to carry out Works to construct a new ablutions facility, BA Classroom, Gymnasium and Kit Store within the existing Safety Centre Building at Bury Training Centre. This work involves the stripping out of some existing facilities, the construction of a mezzanine floor in a two-storey space, equipping the ground floor with additional toilet and shower facilities and the first floor with the BA Classroom, Gym and Kit Store. The Contract also includes some ancillary external works and associated drainage, and services alterations. The Form of Contract will be the JCT Intermediate Form with Contractors Design 2016 Edition. The Contractors Design elements are the structural steel connections and the alterations to the existing sprinkler system. Keywords: Construction
