Tender description
Last year the Health Equalities Group (HEG) were commissioned to pilot the Cheshire & Merseyside Prevention Pledge to two acute hospital Trusts in the sub-region. This was funded from a grant by the Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Care Partnership (C&M HCP), with that organisation, and their Prevention Board specifying delivery by HEG. On successful conclusion of the initial pilots, further funding has been granted by C&M HCP to expand the pilots in this financial year.
