PoJ are looking to replace CCTV system/client software to support multiple cameras that are already deployed across the airport, harbour and outlying estates. Client software licenses for a minimum of 10 users, we are not looking for any hardware at this time. Lot 1: The minimum technical specification being sort for the system is: • Ability to record both analogue and IP cameras for a minimum of 31 day storge at 1080 p, 6 frames a second, at RAID 6. • Optional dual redundancy or fail over server to eliminate loss of recordings. • Full function PTZ control of IP and Analogue COE cameras. • Fault monitoring of cameras and hardware • NTP Synchronisation of multiple cameras during playback • Client playback and export of video footage • Area masking of individual cameras IP and analogue • Home office evidential compliance/watermarking • Redundant PSU’s • Joystick controller for PTZ’s • PTZ Priority user control • Virtual Platforms (Virtual Servers) • ISM integration of all client functionality – for HMP. • ANPR camera / software in system • Pre-set monitor/ videowall configurations. Personalisation you’re views. • Pre-set alarm incident monitor layouts • Multiple monitors with multisplit capabilities on single client. • Pre and post alarm incident coverage of cameras • Technical support on and off island – 24/7 required
