Tender description

The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT in accordance with Schedule 1-Service Specification which sets out the Council's requirements for a sector conference/entertainment venue specialist to prepare and submit a Two Stage scope of works, timeline and fee proposal to the Council in relation to a proposed new venue or refurbished facility in the City Centre. For the avoidance of doubt the fee proposal will set out the fees and timeline for each of Stages One and Two
