<p>Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest from companies able to supply an automated testing service. The authority is conducting an information gathering exercise, the results of which will inform a decision on going out to market with a full specification. We are not committed to purchasing a solution and may decide not to once this exercise is complete.
