HES delivers audio tours through physical devices and progressive web applications. This covers the creation and development of suitable content for a diverse range of visitors. It also includes the development and delivery of progressive web tours and the maintenance of the HES owned physical devices and ancillary products, as well as changes to the content. HES requires high quality audio content that is compatible with the handsets that are used. The content must be suitable for all visitors both adults and children and will in some cases include tours in various languages including the British Sign Language and for specific visitor groups (eg families and visually impaired visitors)HES will provide detailed information about the sites and the key stops so that the supplier can produce the high quality files for tours of a variety of times and in various languages. Some sites will only require updates to key stops on the routes at the sites as opposed to re-doing the whole recording for the site.
