Your attention is drawn to the attached Project Brief and particularly the proposed Schedule of Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: — 4 x classrooms 80.0 m each — staff room and WC 80 m — 1 x SET room 15 m — giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 428.8 m Section B: — three classroom SEN Base 441.1 m — giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 564.6 m — giving gross floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases and lift: 1 113.0 m Also external: — secure hard and soft play area 200 m — sensory garden 100 m — 9 parking spaces.
