Tender description
This is award of a contract to ADT Fire & Security Plc for the provision of additional equipment and alterations to the closed protocol access control system at the Council House. Lot 1: Derby City Council currently has this system in place and does not look to replace it at this time. The contract allows support and maintenance. A change of system at the current time would have a major impact on Council activity and cause unnecessary budget pressure. Opportunities for an open protocol system as a replacement are to be explored in the future.
