Tender description
The Authority is seeking to retender a Framework to manage the collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes in England, Scotland and Wales. The Framework will be divided up into 6 geographical regions. The new Framework will be for bovine and non-bovine livestock species, with Suppliers declaring their capacity to process non-bovine species as required. Lot Lot 1 - Wales: Collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes, within all counties of Wales Lot Lot 2 - Northern England: Collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes, within all Northern England (Cleveland, Cheshire, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Durham, East Riding of Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Merseyside, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Northumberland, Shropshire, South Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Tyne & Wear, West Yorkshire). Lot Lot 3 - South and Eastern England: Collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes, within South and Eastern England (Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, West Midlands, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Hertfordshire, Kent, Greater London, Norfolk, Suffolk, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex) Lot Lot 4 - Western England: Collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes, within Western England (Avon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Worcestershire) Lot Lot 5 - Devon and Cornwall: Collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes, within Devon and Cornwall (Cornwall, Devonshire, Isles of Scilly).
