Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a number of appropriately qualified consultancy firms under a framework agreement in the specialist fields below: § Architectural Design, including Landscape Architect § Structural, Civil, Highway & Traffic Engineering Services § Building Services (M&E) Consultancy § Principal Designer Lot 1: The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a number of appropriately qualified consultancy firms under a framework agreement in the specialist fields below: § Architectural Design, including Landscape Architect § Structural, Civil, Highway & Traffic Engineering Services § Building Services (M&E) Consultancy § Principal Designer Additional information: These appointments will be to provide services that may range from RIBA Stage 0-7 inclusive or be more directed to specific stages initially (ie a feasibility study). The Framework Agreement will have a maximum duration of four years; this means that orders can be placed by the College at any time until the expiry of the Framework Agreement.
