<p>Newcastle City Council is seeking to purchase 3 &ndash; 4 placements from the same Provider under a multi-bed / &lsquo;block contract&rsquo; arrangement. The Council will use the NE12 Flexible Procurement Solution terms and conditions for Providers who are on this solution. For Providers who are not appointed to the NE12 Flexible Procurement Solution, the NE12 harmonised off-contract terms and conditions will be used, without amendment. As this is the first block-bed arrangement to be purchased through the NE12 Flexible Procurement Solution, the Council would like to invite interested Providers to a Microsoft Teams meeting on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 between 10:30am and 12pm. This will be an open session for Providers to speak to a representative(s) of the Council about our requirements in the COA.
