Tender description
Warwick District Council has awarded suppliers to its third incarnation of its successful printing services framework. The framework is divided into 7 Lots: Lot 1: Offset Lithographic; Lot 2: Large Format/Exhibition; Lot 3: Stickers/labels; Lot 4: Promotional items; Lot 5: Digital Print; Lot 6: Signage; Lot 7: Envelopes. The framework will run for a period of 4 years from 1 March 2021 and will be worth approximately GBP 176 000/annum. Award to a lot is no guarantee of work. Work will be awarded on a case by case basis either by direct award or mini competition. Lot 1: Offset Lithographic An open tender process was used in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015. Suppliers were invited to bid for a single or multiple lots. Award to this Lot had no bearing on a supplier being awarded to other lots. Suppliers were expected to submit a price schedule for evaluation, but also to act as a fixed price list for call off contracts by direct award during the first year of the contract. Suppliers are asked to review their price schedule for lots they have been awarded to in December each year prior to the anniversary of the start of the framework. Requirements that do not fit within price schedules will be awarded by mini competition. Award to the framework is not a guarantee of work. Lot 2: Large Format/Exhibition An open tender process was used in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015. Suppliers were invited to bid for a single or multiple lots.
