Tender description
OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake replacement of Roofs 1, 2 and 5 at The Skills Hub. Lot 1: The proposal is to address significant issues relating to the condition and age of the existing roofs. Various instances of water ingress have been reported over a number of years and continue to cause significant disruption within the school. Additional information: The ITT states details of site visits which bidders must take account of.
