<p>Medway Council wants a Medway RSI Employment Support service to provide intensive support to people who are currently, or were formerly, sleeping rough. Medway recognises that employment plays a crucial role in getting people to develop their independent skills and own resources, and as such complements the range of accommodation and support offers currently provided through the Rough Sleeping Initiative and Housing Related Support services currently commissioned. Additional elements, such as the inclusion of peer supporters or volunteers would be welcomed, as well as any ideas for innovation in the provision of the service.</p> Keywords: Employment, Support
