Supply of Multicomponent Next Generation Semiconductor Materials and Device Fabrication Cluster Tool Set (McCTS)

Tender description

This Tender Specification is for the supply, installation, end-user training and ongoing support of a Multicomponent Next Generation Semiconductor Materials and Device Fabrication Cluster Tool Set. The equipment will have two main components as set out in the detailed specification requirements (namely CT1 and CT2) which are funded from two independent sources, namely: i) the Welsh Government’s Sêr Cymru II Infrastructure Accelerator Award Program; and ii) the EPSRC Core Equipment Grant Program with an internal Swansea University leveraged investment sourced from the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales HERC Program.
