Tender description

Trivallis are proposing to install an Automatic Fire Suppression System (sprinkler system) on a programme for flats, maisonettes and Sheltered Housing schemes along with all associated elements to a number of properties within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. Trivallis propose to undertake a series of Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment surveys during the coming months and there may be a requirement for the successful contractor to quote for and complete these works in addition to the sprinkler system installations. The Contractor is advised that it is mandatory to contact the relevant Trivallis contracts manager and to visit the site prior to pricing, to achieve a clear picture of the scope of the works.
