Specialist Psychological Service for the Occupational Health Service

Tender description

The COL and COLP are seeking tenders for the provision of specialist psychological services. In the main these services will provide the expertise to deliver psychological assessments and subsequent treatment or signposting, the design of relevant psychological rehabilitation programmes and post incident support to those who are deemed at risk of psychological impact. The service requirements will include the delivery of trauma focused CBT and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR). The purpose of the service is to both improve attendance management and provide support for people to remain at or getting back to work in an optimum functional capacity as soon as reasonably possible. The OH service is looking to develop the specialist psychological services role exploring ways to actively engage management in the identification of psychological ill health and in supporting rehabilitation.
