Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries is a charitable community benefit society delivering cultural and learning services across Nottinghamshire. As a venue at the heart of the Mansfield community, Inspire wish to enhance Mansfield Library with the addition of a café into the vibrant and busy space which is used to provide cultural, learning and library services. Inspire working with Nottinghamshire County Council are running a soft market testing exercise to develop ideas for the café and this is your chance to help us shape our plans and express an interest in being part of this exciting development. We are looking to capture your ideas and to canvass independent views for a café run by an external provider within Mansfield Library. The desired outcome of the soft market testing is to gain insight into the market, gauge the level of interest from potential Providers and gather feedback on the feasibility of our proposals. We would welcome any feedback from you by answering and returning the attached questionnaire by 12 noon on Thursday 9th September 2021.
