Single supplier framework for the provision of Videographer services

Tender description

The successful Tenderer will be required to advise and assist SOLAS to develop appropriate video content to use in building awareness, stakeholder engagement and marketing campaigns. The Services Contract will run for 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The successful Tenderer may be required to advise and assist SOLAS to develop video content as follows: a. Film and edit video content for use in a range of campaigns b. Design, develop, and provide storyboards and voiceover scripts for video content c. Liaise as required with the Client’s internal divisions, external stakeholders, any partner organisations or 3rd party service providers including SOLAS’s Public Relations and Media Agencies and any other nominated suppliers to ensure all video outputs and solutions are fully integrated with other aspects of campaigns, offer effective resource allocation and value for money and are client-centred; d. Provide a detailed budget breakdown for all costs associated with the video content creation in accordance with the SOLAS payment approvals system prior to commencement of design or production work; e. Provide SOLAS with periodical, timely and accurate reporting of work in progress and costs for all video projects.
