School Refurbishment and Groundworks

Tender description

The project consists of building and landscaping work including the following; Conversion of 6x bathrooms to Safe Rooms, upgrade and refurbishment of 3 existing classrooms to ASD standards, new corridor and works to first floor to create access through the school, water tank replacement, Mech/Eng associated works, fobbed doors connected to central system, 600m2 new hard standing to form ball courts on grass pitch, safe access to same, sensory garden and soft play area. The school will be in session so the project will need to be carefully organised to reflect the needs of the school pupils, major works may need to be scheduled into school breaks, mid-term/Christmas 2021 and Easter 2022. Access to the school grounds/buildings can be facilitated after school hours/ weekends also where necessary. Response Deadline-15 Working days from 21/06/21-09/07/21 Closure date for submissions.
