Rockbourne Youth Centre 'Short Breaks Hub' 2019 (re-issued v2)

Tender description

The Council is looking to procure a contractor to deliver refurbishment works and to create a 'short breaks hub' at Rockbourne Youth Centre, 41A Rockbourne Rd, Forest Hill, London SE23 2DA, as part of the ongoing delivery of education capital schemes by the Capital Programme Delivery Team under the Pupil Places Programme. This project will facilitate the delivery of internal and external refurbishment works to the youth centre in order to provide a safe space for the use of the site as a short breaks hub, in line with the Employer's Requirements and specifications included within the tender pack. The client (CYP directorate within the council) has requested the works be delivered before the commencement of the school summer holidays at the end of July 2019. Due to the specialist nature of the school, the Employer's Requirements specifically call for robust and hard wearing solutions to ensure that the facilities are fit for purpose.
