Request for Tender for Supply and Delivery of an Agricultural Tractor (Lot 1) and Multi Loader (Lot 2) Machines as Two Separate LOTS

SmartPly Europe DAC are seeking tender proposals for the supply and delivery of a Tractor and Multi Loader to facilitate the operational process at their premises in Waterford. Tenders must provide the following information (but not limited to): • Detailed description of proposed machine to include the manufacturer name, chassis, and full technical specification. • An accurate lead time for delivery of the proposed machine • Warranty details • Details of after sales service offered to be outlined in Appendix 2. • Environmental Features • An itemised list of recommended spare parts 2.1 Supply of Tractor (Lot 1) - Requirements The tractor required is a brand-new unit without a self-level loader. Minimum specs to be met: • Engine power 105 HP • External controls for hydraulic linkage • Multi-functional axle support front linkage ready • Carrier front tow hook 60 kg • Maximum road speed of 40 kph • Quick attach link ends • Capacity to attach and tow slurry tanker (Abbey 1300 Gross weight 8,400 kgs) • Push back pick up hitch • Rear HPL 2 aux lift ram 2.2 Supply of Multi Loader (Lot 2) - Requirements The multi loader required is a brand-new unit with the following: - Minimum specs to be met: • Engine power 57 HP • 4 Wheel Drive • Maximum Road Speed 30km/hr • Enclosed Cab with heater, mirrors etc. • Full Suspension Seat, Arm Rests & Seat Belt • Integrated Rear weight 275kg • LED front lights 2 pcs • 380/55-17 wheels, tractor profile • Mudguards front and rear • Work Light kit: 2 front & 1 rear • Diesel Engine • Multi Connector on aux. hydraulics outlet • 1900kg Lift Capacity The following attachments for the multi loader are required: • General bucket 1600 mm HD, 460l • Collecting broom 1500 mm, 1 side brush and water spraying system • Log grab heavy duty, 0.4m2 • Mini digger with 750 mm bucket If you have any issues relating to the specification, please contact Federico Mento (Environmental Manager) on 051-851233.
