<p>The Council would like to welcome you in the participation of this soft market engagement activity with regards to its Architectural Service requirements, for the Cocks Crescent via the National Framework Partnership The purpose of the soft market testing exercise is to invite all the framework providers listed within the NFP Architectural agreement to determine, based on the evidence received from the responses, which top five Providers with the highest score, demonstrate the experience and capability to fulfil the Council&rsquo;s requirements. Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames Council ('the Council') would like to invite potential NFP framework suppliers relating to Architectural services to participate in the proposed pre-capability assessment soft market testing exercise. All answers provided will assist the Council and provide insight into the most suitable procurement route. Any information provided will be non-binding, in terms of any information the Council chooses to provide to the ultimate tendering process. The Council is keen to engage with the potential Suppliers with relative experience, strong customer and safety focus, who are able to work collaboratively with the Council to deliver the works in accordance with the Council&rsquo;s requirements including timescales. Your participation in this soft market testing exercise will help inform the Council&rsquo;s proposed procurement strategy as part of its review of various commissioning options. The top five Providers will then be invited to tender via the mini-competition process. The framework Providers that are interested in participating in this exercise are asked to return this questionnaire via the London Tenders Portal no later than 12:00 Noon on 12th July 2021.</p> Keywords: archictural services
