PS/21/02 - Void Management Service (Electricity & Gas)

Tender description

This contract is to provide a solution for the supply of Gas and Electricity to void council owned properties throughout East Ayrshire. and to secure a seamless transition of energy supplier to void properties in order to provide best value Energy Tariffs for EAC tenants to help reduce carbon footprint of property and reduce energy costs. The contract covers all domestic properties that are void at the commencement of the contract or become void during the term of the contract, with the exception of electricity supply to properties that have white meters and electric central heating systems. The Contract is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further two 1 year extensions.
