Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking to install a new MAP packaging machine capable of minimum 4 to 6 packs per minute sealing in MAP. The machine is to be supplied, delivered, installed and commissioned in the Seafood Innovation Hub, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Ireland. This equipment will be used for commercially led projects in the areas of raw chilled, frozen, cooked and pasteurised New Product Development (NPD) and should be suitable for prototyping trials in factory settings.
