Provision of Vehicle Hire for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022 Lot 1: OPS.TPT.FLT.001 - Lot 1 - Provision of Vehicle hire for the Organising Committee for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games This PIN is outlining the scope of the Organising Committee (OC) and West Midlands Police (WMP) for the forthcoming vehicle hire requirements for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. The OC is working closely with WMP on a joint Games operational vehicle procurement, but each organisation's vehicles will be managed independently. The OC vehicles will support the overall OC Games operations, and stakeholders whilst the WMP resources will support the policing efforts and operations. Information is contained herein as to the potential requirements for the Games, as it is currently seen.
