Tender description

A summary of the services to be provided to DGHP are: -Managing all customer communications and the customer journey from start to finish -Carrying out pre-works EPC and technical survey visits to verify desktop assessments - Allocating qualified, competent installers to carry out the in-home works - Managing all aspects of quality and health and safety through: -Work-in-progress inspections, carried out when installations are ongoing -Carrying a post-completion inspection on every installation -Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, including CDM and MCS -managing and monitoring installer performance through established processes and systems This work includes the following to be installed on approximately 100 DGHP properties: - Air Source Heat Pump Systems - Electrical Energy Storage System - Solar PV systems - Asbestos surveying
