Procurement of Multi-Disciplinary Engineer-Led Design Team (the "Consultant") to include Road Design Engineering, Road Safety Engineering, Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Services, Ecology, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Quantity Surveying (Cost Consultant), Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and all other consultancy services necessary for the performance of the Services described in the Brief and as described in Stages (i) to (iii) of Schedule B of the Tender & Schedule.
