The scope of the works will be as follows: • Replacement of the existing heating centre in the boilerhouse. This includes new boiler, new flue, new pumps, new water heater, new pipework, new MCC controls panel, new controls, new gas detection system, new gas pipework, new heating services pipework, etc. • All associated preliminaries. • All decommissioning works. • All associated electrical works. • All associated builders’ works. • Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project. • Acting as COVID-19 Compliance Officer for the project. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications.
