Tender description

The Locality Community Health Development and Improvement Service (LCHDIS) will use a community development approach to build community capacity, increase social capital and strengthen individual and community resilience. The overall aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities by primarily focusing on the wider determinants of health. There will be a secondary focus on promoting healthy living and protecting health within communities. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Inner West Leeds The Locality Community Health Development and Improvement Service (LCHDIS) will use a community development approach to build community capacity, increase social capital and strengthen individual and community resilience.
