Kilkenny and Carlow ETB invites tenders for Architectural Consultancy Services as part of a full design team (comprising for individual appointed Consultants as follows: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Building Services (M&E) Engineer and Quantity Surveyor)for project management and design consultancy services for the full design, statutory approvals, planning, fire and DAC, tendering process, procurement and subsequent periodic inspections and certification of construction of works for Additional Accommodation Project at Scoil Mhuire NS, Mooncoin, Co Kilkenny. A separate competition for the appointment of a PSDP will run using the DoES PSDP Framework. The project will comprise: Provision of Additional Accommodation 2021 – 2x Mainstream Classrooms, 2x SET room, 2 Classroom SEN base. 1 SEN Class on junior site one on senior site at Scoil Mhuire NS, Mooncoin as per attached Brief & Rental 1x 80m2 Prefab from September 2022 for 2 Year until 30 June 2024 NOTE: Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board’s engagement on this project extends to the appointment of the Design Team only. The responsibility for the delivery and completion of the project will revert to the Board of Management of Scoil Mhuire National School and the Department of Education and Skills.
