Housing Related Support in the Bradford District

<p>The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council wishes to provide organisations with further detail of its plans for publishing a tender for Housing Related Support for people facing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, leaving prison, leaving hospital and young people.</p> <p>Bradford Council Health and Wellbeing department, along with its strategic partners, has seen the health and social care system align with a single ambition for people in the district: Happy, Healthy and at Home.</p> <p>Further to the provider events held in July and August, we would like to invite interested providers to the next phase of market engagement, where we plan to share details of the proposed service model and specification.</p> <p>We will be holding market engagement events for Providers on:</p> <p>&bull; Wednesday 29th September at 9am.</p> <p>&bull; Friday 8th October at 1pm</p> <p>with the intention of publishing the tender with a revised date of January 2022.</p> <p>We will be looking for organisations who:</p> <p>&bull; Share our vision to take a whole system approach to tackling homelessness</p> <p>&bull; Value and want to work proactively in partnership with the Council, Housing Options, other commissioned services, outreach teams and other system partners</p> <p>&bull; Want to take a trauma informed approach, with a focus on meaningful outcomes &bull; Are able to manage risk and explore all options to avoid placement breakdown and evictions</p> <p>&bull; Take a learning approach to support people to find long term sustainable solutions At the current time the Council would like to establish interest in these processes.</p> <p>As part of our &ldquo;Keep it Local&rdquo; commitment we welcome smaller, local providers.
