Housing Pilot Project – Heating systems efficiency

Tender description

A pilot project to improve the efficiency of the electric storage heating systems in our multi-storey flats, initially starting with one block with the potential rollout to further blocks. The Council understands there may be number of options available but we are looking to pilot a smart solution that will help tenants use their electric storage systems more efficiently and in doing so increase thermal comfort and reduce bills. The Council are looking for a company that has experience of tenant engagement and ongoing support and can demonstrate that their smart technology achieves the aims set out above.
