Tender description

The British Council is seeking organisations that can provide the required venue capacity, facilities and test day services (to include invigilation services) to deliver both Paper-based and Computer based high-stakes exams on its behalf. The process of selecting suppliers across select countries, globally, will be done through a competitive tender process planned for March 2021. Ahead of the tender we are inviting potential suppliers to submit their interest to the British Council by providing some background information by completing the questions within the Prior Information Notice (PIN). On receipt of the signed Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), agreeing to our confidentiality statement, we will provide you access to the relevant documents (PIN) that will be required for completion. Lot 1: The Service Provider will provide both the venue and exams delivery services for all required professional exams, across a number of countries and required locations. The Service provider must bid for a minimum of two locations. Full list of countries for which services are required are listed in Annex 4. Whilst majority of the required exams will be computer-based, there will be provision required for paper-based exams in certain locations. The supplier must be able to provide services for Computer-based exams (CBE); however accommodating paper-based exams (PBE) as and when the needs arise will be optional and at the request of the British Council. If the supplier has experience in delivering paper-based exam they should provide this information in their supplier response, indicating whether they would be interested in providing services for this provision.
