It will also support those organisations, including the Council, involved in the provision of outdoor play, recreational facilities and open space provision in the Borough. The Strategy will provide robust and objective justification for securing developer contributions towards children's play, recreational and open space provision.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
