<p>Cafcass senior management and leadership roles have continued to evolve over a number of years. In order to ensure that Cafcass operates a fair and consistent pay framework, Cafcass is currently exploring options to implement a senior management job evaluation scheme to cover approx. 20 different roles including approx. 30 members of staff. Roles. This is a restricted competition against Crown Commercial Services RM3745 Lot 4. Suppliers who are not on the this framework will not be accepted.</p> Keywords: Senior Manager, Job Evaluation
