Tender description

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market to further enhance our internal and external communication capabilities by procuring IT hardware to enable video conferencing across several spaces. This includes the ability to host or join meetings, irrespective of the attendee's location, with both audio and video capabilities. Colleagues will soon be returning in some capacity to the Civic Centre and require the ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner using updated audio and visual technology. Audio inputs and outputs are available in some spaces but controlled using external USB audio devices. In most meeting spaces the Audio and Visual (AV) IT hardware, excluding screens, is approaching 5 years old which has limited capabilities to provide the required audio and visual functionality.
