Tender description

The supported lodgings service will enable the young people to begin their pathway to living independently by developing their independent living skills and for others to maintain their tenancies or return to the family home where relevant. The service will work with parents and carers to help re-establish relationships where there has been a breakdown between them and the young person. The service will be run in partnership with Croydon Council’s Single Homelessness and Children’s Social Care services –joint working will be imperative.The Supported Lodgings service provides the following number of placements at anyone time :ServiceUnitsSupported Lodgings for 16-18 year olds15Supported Lodgings for 18-25 year olds –working towards move on5Total20The duration of the contract is one year
