Control of gorse and scrub at Coul Links, near Embo, Sutherland – and forming part of Loch Fleet Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI)

Tender description

We require a contractor with suitable experience and ability to control significant areas of gorse and birch scrub from an area of dune heath, as well as bracken and ragwort. This will require a combination of mechanical and chemical treatment methods. The contract will initially run over 2 years, with the potential to extend to include follow-up treatment in future years. Invitation for expressions of interest, the full Statement of Requirements to be sent to those who have expressed an interest and have experience of similar work. Contract duration looking to potentially be spread over 2 years.
