Tender description
Aim of the session: As you may be aware, Wirral MBC are preparing to launch the tender for the new approach to Early Help for families in Wirral. Over the past two years we have been listening closely to communities about what a really effective offer for families would look like in Wirral (you can read all about what they said in the Why Community Matters Insight report (attached)) and we would like to welcome providers who might be interested in the tender along to an open information session on the following date: Date Thurs 01 July 2021 Time 1.30-2.30pm Venue Virtual, via Microsoft Teams The new approach to Early Help in Wirral is expected to go live in April 2022, with the formal commissioning process beginning in July 2021. This session will provide information about the commissioning approach and may help you to prepare your application if you wish to bid. The session will cover : • Welcome & Introductions • Setting the scene • Background on journey so far and introducing the new model • Information on Alliances • Summary & Next Steps including timelines There will be limited time for Q&A on the day but we welcome you to use the chat function and we will send an FAQ out after the event.
