Please follow the instructions below to reserve your place. ** Provision of Children’s Residential Care, Fostering and Therapeutic Education Service. Somerset County Council is looking for a Strategic Partner(s) to work innovatively with us to deliver services for complex children and young people. This will be a 10 year programme to deliver homes for children with aligned high needs fostering and multi-disciplinary support and associated therapeutic education. We are open to suppliers forming consortia arrangements to fully cover the areas in scope or using subcontractors for some areas. Lot 1: We are holding a virtual market engagement exercise on Wednesday 7th July at 11am via Teams. The session will provide more background on what we are trying to achieve to provide the best possible outcomes for our most complex young people. In addition, it will outline the procurement process and how you can participate in this. Organisations that take part will not be advantaged or disadvantaged in any way in any potential future formal procurement. Commercial confidentiality will be respected. This notice does not represent a formal commitment by Somerset County Council to undertake a procurement procedure. We intend to record this session and can provide a link to the recording after the event – we also need your permission to record this.
