Murray Fireplaces Ltd are looking to purchase the following equipment to expand their business. We are requesting tenders to supply, install and commission equipment to suit the specifications below: 1 No BELT EDGE POLISHING MACHINE FOR MARBLE, GRANITE, ENGINEERED QUARTZ STONES AND CERAMIC FOR STRAIGHT EDGES WITH TOP & BOTTOM EDGE Detailed specifications below: • Process 10mm thick material • Process 80mm wide material • Multiple heads for straight polish (we would expect 8) • Upper and lower bevels (minimum of 2 upper and 2 lower heads) • Partial working program • Polishing different thicknesses on flat edges at the same time. • high productivity capability • high quality performance on marble, granite, quartz & ceramic leaving a perfect finish • polish large panels • Automatic lubrication • Bevel tracer to accurately process size and quality of bevelled edges • Engineered solution for water supply • Monoblock frame construction The contract for the project will be awarded on the lowest valid tender basis. The preferred supplier would be required to provide evidence of Tax Clearance in Republic of Ireland and provide evidence of their insurance.
