Water Coolers

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council ('the Council') has several sites across the county of Nottinghamshire which include corporate office buildings, Childrens Centres, Day Centres, Youth Centres, Registration Services, Residential and Respite Short Break Centres. In these buildings are water coolers that dispense chilled and ambient temperature drinking water and a small number of water coolers dispense hot and cold water. Most of the water coolers are owned by the Council and these are POU machines that are plumbed into the water supply, a small number of POU water coolers are rented. In addition to the POU water coolers, the council rent a small number of free-standing, table top and countertop bottled water coolers. The Council would like to put in place an agreement with a single supplier to provide a maintenance service for all water coolers and for the supplier to be able to offer the rental of free-standing bottled or POU water coolers when required with the associated maintenance of these water coolers and where required in the future; the option to purchase POU water coolers and bottled water coolers.
